Description of your future residential development :

The basic development can be built on a lot of approx. 2 500 m2, including 5 villas with lots of 500 m2 per villa.
The goal is to build at least 5 villas on these 2 500 m2. We can, of course, offer you to build our villas with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, i.e :

Villa Carolina (One bedroom)
Villa Kati (2 bedrooms)
Villa Mélissa (3 bedrooms)

The basic development can, of course, be expanded to include more than 5 villas. Developments with 12 or 25 villas are quite feasible.

These programs are defined in a catalog of the future villas which we already have in our offices. It is, of course, quite possible to replace these villas with bungalows. All configurations are conceivable.

In summary, each development includes a group of at least 5 villas with a central pool, with outside parking to reduce the noise pollution and a guard to control the entrance to the development.

  • Villa with 2 bedrooms : A Villa Kati can be rented for US$ 140 per day. You can expect the average rental season to last 50 % of the year, i.e. 182 days per year, with an annual income of US$ 25 380 .
